This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their needs and goals are met. Onboard new clients, providing resources to help them maximize the value of our technology solutions. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and align them with our offerings. Monitor customer engagement, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Support) to resolve customer concerns and enhance the user experience. Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements. Ensure timely renewals and drive customer retention rates. Note: Female Candidate is Preferred Need to have excellent communication skills. Sales/Upsell/Cross Sell background is a must.,
