Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide end-to-end software training and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a strong technical background. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive software training to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, chat, Google Meet, and AnyDesk. - Collaborate with the product team to find resolutions for complex issues. -Deliver prompt and accurate feedback to customers. - Resolve client issues independently with excellent problem-solving skills. - Demonstrate proactive approach and respect for customers" time. - Ensure good time management and add value to customer interactions.
