Job Description
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing post-sales technical support to US clients during the Night Shift. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues related to security devices, laptops, routers, and software. You will engage with customers to comprehend and resolve their technical concerns, offer guidance on usage, upgrades, and service enhancements, and collaborate with technical teams for intricate escalations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot technical issues with security devices, laptops, routers, and software. - Communicate effectively with customers to identify and resolve their concerns. - Offer guidance on product usage, upgrades, and service enhancements. - Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalations. Requirements: - Proficiency in spoken and written English. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to maintain composure and provide support under pressure. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 1 year experience in technical customer support.
