Job Description

As the Director of Professional Services at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our Professional Services team. With a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients in the SaaS industry, you will drive customer adoption, increase retention, and deliver measurable value through expert-led service engagements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of high-quality services such as implementation, training, consulting, and strategic guidance to ensure our clients" long-term success. Collaboration with internal teams including product, engineering, sales, and customer success will be essential to align client needs with the company's strategic goals. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Leadership & Team Management: Leading and developing a high-performing Professional Services team, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development to team members. - Client Delivery & Success: Overseeing project implementations, post-implementation services, and driving adoption of the company's SaaS solution to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. - Strategic Planning & Process Improvement: Collaborating with internal teams to shape service offerings, identifying opportunities for process efficiency, innovation, and service scalability. - Financial Management, Customer Advocacy, Collaboration, Reporting, and Metrics. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Leadership & Team Management: Strong people management skills and experience in leading diversified teams globally. - Project & Program Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Client Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships. - SaaS Expertise & Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and enterprise software deployments. - Financial & Resource Management: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing professional services financials. - Process Improvement & Innovation: Proven track record in improving service delivery processes through digital transformation initiatives. To qualify for this position, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience in leading SaaS implementations and customer success initiatives. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services. - Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL are a plus.
