Should be from B.Tech.(IT/CS) with IT SaaS Product companies background. 2-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales or customer success. Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team Providing technical and functional support to client, handling client queries and team management experience. Open for rotational shifts (US and UK Shifts) Must have experience in a technical/customer support role preferably with web application.,
