Job Role:- Handle and respond to customer emails, providing updates as needed. Manage load acceptance and appointment bookings via email. Provide customers with ETA updates. Possess knowledge of tracking and tracing shipments. Proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Experience in handling Intermodal/ Drayage shipments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Understanding of the trucking industry. Maintain attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Prior experience in logistics customer service is required. Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience working with Canada-based trucking companies is preferred.
