Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide information about products, services, and policies
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
Meet quality assurance standards and KPIs

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
Proficiency in English and Hindi

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ?16,000 + ?1,000 (Performance Incentive)
Training Stipend: ?7,500 (During 15 days training period)
