Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team for a International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries with patience, and a drive to provide top-notch service via voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
Manage customer interactions via live chat platforms.
Maintain accurate logs of interactions using internal CRM tools.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Meet daily/weekly targets related to response time, call handling time, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Should have only international voice experience of minimum 1 year.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English .
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
5 Days working with 2 rotational offs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any graduate or Undergraduate.
