Join The Team That Works With Our Customer Happiness Officers To Deliver The Best Shopping Experience And After Sale Service Job Roles and Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and assist the Customer Happiness Officers by keeping track of all the delivery issues i.e escalations, RTOs, reattempts, etc. Arranging pickups for Warranty and Returns cases by preparing the necessary documents (ship-labels) and maintaining records. Updating and sharing POI (pending on inspection) list everyday with the warehouse. Keeping track of all the cases (return cases, units for inspection) received in Mumbai.
