Designation : Customer Service officer Job Title : Ecommerce BO - L2 Process : Voice Process Salary : 25k CTC per month Qualifications : Graduates only Experience : Min 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency in typing (30 words per minute with 85% accuracy) Shifts : 6 days working with 1 rotational off (Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, any 9 hours shift) Location : Marathahalli, Bangalore. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle social media voice processes for the ecommerce business. Engage with customers through voice communication to address their queries and concerns. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
