You will be responsible for handling Level 2 process through the Escalation Desk. Your primary qualifications should include a GRADUATION degree. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting. The salary offered for this position is 27K CTC. This is a full-time, permanent position with 5.5 days of work per week, including rotational shifts and a Week Off. The work location for this role is in Indore. As part of the benefits package, Provident Fund will be provided. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts and there will be a performance bonus based on your achievements. The ideal candidate should have completed their Higher Secondary education (12th Pass). In terms of work experience, a total of 1 year of work experience is required, specifically in customer service. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is essential for this role.
