Role Description This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Intern role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area at Zippy. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience on a daily basis. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Phone Etiquette Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Experience in enhancing Customer Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in customer service is a plus,
