• Document all customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken; English proficiency is also required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
