As a customer service representative at our company located in Vashi, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients. Your shift timings will vary between 7am to 12am for any 9-hour shift, with 2 rotational offs per week. Good communication skills are essential to ensure the quality of service provided. Candidates with a graduate degree, both freshers and those with experience, are welcome to apply for this position. The age limit for applicants is up to 30 years. The salary for this role is as follows: - Zero to 6 months: 14.5k - 6 months to 1 year: 19k - 1 year and 1.6 months: 21k - 1.6 months to 2 years: 23k - 2 years and above: 25.4k in hand salary The interview process will consist of rounds with HR, operations, and clients. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred for this role. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office.
