Job Description
As a part of Client service:
- Working on Key Client reporting activities related to Client’s accounts
- Responsible for creating and maintaining platform and system access for clients
- Responsible for handling all Client queries over phone calls, emails and chats
- - Supporting Service support team in key digitalization initiatives
- Working on automated processes and handling exceptions for Robotics solutions
- Perform service in accordance with global service catalogue and the Tiered client model
- Always acting in the best interest of our Clients and Saxo, and increase client digital interaction with the Bank
- Additional language skills would be an added advantage
