Job Description

Location: Gurgaon
Notice Period- Immediate- 30 days (max)
Experience- 0.6-1.5 Years (can be extended to 2 years if the candidate is good and fits in the budget).
Budget- 2 LPA-2.88 LPA
Interview mode: F2F round of interviews
Mandatory skills needed: Voice process, Client relations, Inbound calls, excellent communication skills
Qualification needed: Graduate

Rotational shifts

1. Key Role: To provide exceptional customer service to  customers through inbound/outbound.
2. Grade/ Designation: CSE   
3. Key Relationships (Reporting to/ Team description/ Peer group): Reporting to Team Leader.
4. Roles & responsibilities: 
• Handle inbound calls for customers of a premium client
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
• Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.

5. Requirements and competencies:     
• Voice Versant 5cleared
• Graduate  
• Fresher/Experienced 
• Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
• Good communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.

7. Shifts and other facilities: 
- Day shift 9 AM – 7 PM
- Cafeteria facility is available
- Cab service is not available
- Laptop availability with the candidate is desirable.
