Job Title: Tele Sales & Customer service executive Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Tele Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves resolving customer issues, providing exceptional support, moderating online webinars for senior citizens, and selling club memberships. Will also be required to create engaging content for our community using tools like Canva etc. and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Moderate online webinars aimed at senior citizens, ensuring smooth operation and participant engagement. Sell club memberships and achieve sales targets. Create engaging content for the senior citizens community using simple software tools like Canva, or any video editing software Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer support. Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate customer needs. Qualifications: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Ability to use content creation tools such as Canva, etc. Comfortable and camera-friendly appearance Excellent communication skills. Additional language skills are highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Patience, empathy, and sympathy in dealing with senior citizens and handling queries. Hardworking, team player with a positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible and adaptable to work in shifts.
