Salary: 16,000 (in-hand) + Unlimited Incentives
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are hiring for a reputed client for the role of Customer Service Executive for a reputed bank in Dombivli. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in the banking support domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to banking services.

• Promote and cross-sell financial products as required.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

• Adhere to shift schedules and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass (12th Pass)

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Ongoing students or candidates currently pursuing college are not eligible

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Location & Travel Guidelines:

• Candidates must reside between Thane to Badlapur

• Candidates from Mumbra are not eligible
