Walk-in Interview Non-Voice Chat Support Executive (Bangalore)

Work from Home Option Available After 3 Months

Position: Chat Support Executive Non-Voice Process

Process: Chat & Email Support (No Calling)
Shift Timings:

• Male Candidates: Between 6:00 AM 12:00 AM (9-hour shift)

Job Highlights

• Non-Voice Process (Chat Support Only)

• 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Week Off

• Salary: 17,000 20,000 In-Hand + Attractive Incentives

• Work from Home option after 3 months

• No Cab Facility

• Excellent English communication is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat and email professionally.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.

• Maintain logs and documentation of customer interactions.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Meet performance goals and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate

• Typing Speed: Minimum 28 WPM

• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills

• Team player with a customer-first approach

• Age Limit: Up to 32 years
