Job Description
Job Title: Travel Customer Support Agent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
2. Resolve issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and travel documentation.
3. Provide personalized support, offering solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve services.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
3. Strong knowledge of travel industry products and services (or willingness to learn).
4. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer complaints.
5. 1 year experience into international travel experience
