Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing an excellent customer experience across all channels including phone, email, social media, and live chat.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, products, services, and returns.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Update CRM systems with customer interaction details.
  • Assist walk-in customers in-store (if applicable) with product queries and after-sales service.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and design teams to share customer feedback.
  • Support during product launches, campaigns, or festive seasons with increased customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or jewellery.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Fluency in English and local languages; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
