Qualification: H.S.C/GRADUATE + 6 months of BPO experience
Graduate Freshers
Age Criteria: 19 to 52
Job Description:
* Voice process (Inbound )
* Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
* Reply to customers and address their concerns
* Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues
* Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
* Good career growth.
Salary- 20k To 60k Take Home + Incentives*
Communication Skills should be Excellent to get hired in Leading BPO
Job Location: Mumbai (Goregaon/ Malad)
Shift Timings: Rotational (US/AUS shift)
Working Days: 5 and 2 rotational week off
