Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience that builds brand loyalty and trust.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex problems when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to address customer needs.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction scores).

Requirements:

 

  • Graduate Fresher

  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, empathetic attitude.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
