About the Role As a member of IDfy, you will be responsible for conducting video calls with customers to verify their identity and documents. You will follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines while performing Video KYC procedures. It is essential to communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the verification process and address any concerns they may have. Your role will also involve ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation and information collected during the VKYC process. Collaboration with other teams, such as compliance and customer service, will be crucial to ensure smooth operations. If you possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, knowledge of KYC regulations, and problem-solving abilities, then you are a perfect match for this role. You should be comfortable with outbound calling and video conferencing, exhibit a customer service orientation, and possess time management skills. This is a full-time position with IDfy, and we work fully onsite at our office in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai. The role requires you to work in a rotational shift pattern of 24*7.
