Job Description

Location- Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi (WFO) (Need local candidates only)
Experience- 1-2 Years
Relevant experience- 1 year is needed
Budget- 2.40 LPA-4.80 LPA (salary will vary as per experience) + uncapped Incentives
Notice period- Immediate-15 days
Shift Timings- Rotational Shifts (1pm-10pm, 10pm-7am) 
Interview process- F2F only

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service cum Sales Advisors at our Netaji Subhash Place location in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are fluent in English and Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their needs via phone, email, or in person.
- Sales: Actively promote and sell our products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring clear and concise information is provided.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Rotational Shifts: Be flexible to work in day and night shifts as per the schedule.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Punjabi.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service or sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Adaptability to work in a rotational shift environment.
