Job Title: Customer Service Consultant Client: Leading Digital Services Company PRIORITY IMMEDIATE HIRING Location: Chennai Experience: 5 to 7 years Education: Graduate Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Description/Role & responsibilities: o Customer Service function involving SAP configuration, implementation, and support in the S/4 Hana environment Mandatory skill-sets: o Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation and support of S4 HANA CS projects o At least 2 E2E experience in leading the CS track is necessary o Thorough in SAP configuration, implementation, and support in the S/4 Hana environment. o Global expertise in leading the CS track in multiple countries with the implementation of local taxation preferred o Strong experience in Finance integration preferred to CS o Ability to capture and translate business needs into functional specifications o Has experience in providing consulting advice to customers on SCM process in SAP o Also, well knowledgeable in driving the S4 project with FIORI, BTP platform, integrating the S4 with other systems etc. o Preferably should have worked on Japanese projects,
