Responsibilities: Building rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Upgrade product knowledge. Lead generation through various sources. Connect through messages/calls/in mail with prospective clients to map their requirements. Performs other related duties as assigned.
