The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our product offerings, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products to effectively demonstrate and communicate their value propositions to potential clients. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations, both in-person and virtually, to prospective clients and customers. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing deals and increasing revenue. Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including handling objections, negotiating terms, and securing deals. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a product-based company. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Sales Techniques: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
