Job Description

As an Experienced Candidate in this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from international customers. Your primary tasks will involve providing technical support by diagnosing the customers" issues, recommending suitable Annual Service plans and Software solutions, and effectively closing sales to meet the set targets. To excel in this position, you are required to have prior experience in outbound tech processes for a minimum of 1 year and possess the ability to efficiently close calls. In return, you will enjoy a fixed salary credited to your account on the 1st of every month along with lucrative incentives, 100% Attendance Incentives, a Loyalty Bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, and paid leaves including rotational offs, 24 paid leaves, birthday leave, and comp offs.
