Job Description
VOC Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or email. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines. Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure timely updates. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain service records and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
