The primary role of the applicant will be to assist the customers and vendors and respond efficiently based on customer requirements and to maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties Answer calls professionally & provide information about products and services, orders, company policies etc Handling the customers queries and solving the issues Interact with the customers and vendors to get the proper feedback Providing Phone, Email, Chat support to customers & vendors Regular follow ups with Customers & Vendors Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory) Good command in English & Hindi. (Written & Verbal) Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
