Job Description
You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and driving sales growth as a Customer Sales Support Executive. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing product information, resolving complaints, and upselling products to existing customers. You will need to meet sales targets, collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and customer service abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic product knowledge is required, but training will be provided. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is essential.
