Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Executive (CSE) in the Insurance Cross-Sell department. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in life and general insurance sales, along with a strong dedication to increasing sales and fostering positive customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting individual sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and building relationships with insurance partners and potential customers. Your key responsibilities will involve driving insurance sales through interactions with insurance partners and potential customers to achieve sales targets, both monthly and annually. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing customer inquiries. Staying informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitors to effectively present and close insurance sales is essential. Additionally, adhering to all Audit, RBI, and IRDAI regulations is crucial in this role. You will be expected to monitor your sales performance closely, regularly updating management on your progress, identifying potential risks, and suggesting areas for improvement. The desired candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales, demonstrating a successful sales track record. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a focus on achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships are essential competencies for this role. The qualifications we are looking for include a minimum of an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in any discipline, basic knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with life and general insurance products.,
