Job Description
As a member of the team, you will perform the following tasks under the guidance and direction of your Supervisor or Manager: Identify potential customers for business opportunities with the assistance of your Supervisor or Manager. Collect necessary documents from customers and validate them according to the organization's norms. Log the case in the system following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and adhere to the process for disbursement. Ensure the fulfillment of the Sanction ratio as per the organization's requirements. Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of your Supervisor or Manager. Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing relationships with them under the guidance of your Manager or Supervisor. Ensure compliance with all Audit and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations with the support of your Manager or Supervisor.,
