Job Description

As a Customer Representative & Compliance - In charge at Apollo Tyres Ltd, your role will involve ensuring the deployment of Customer Specific requirements and compliance to COP testings. You will be based in Limda and report to the Manager in the Quality department. Your primary responsibilities will include the deployment of OEM customers" specific requirements such as those of MSIL, M&M, TATA, etc. You will handle customer complaints and initiate a customer-specific approach, using methods like 8D/A3, for resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing OEM audits and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for closures. It will also be your duty to coordinate with customers for PPAP submission of new projects and PSW submission. Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will need to ensure the timely renewal of all regulatory certificates and guarantee the conformity of production as per BIS and other regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a relevant experience of 5-7 years and hold an educational qualification of B.E./B.Tech.
