Company is expanding in few leading south Indian cities shortly. Job Description 1. Attending & Solving Customer enquiries(Inbound/outbound). 2. Scheduling Appointments with stores. 3. Ensure sales targets are met. 4. Ensuring topnotch customer satisfaction & experience from start to end. 5. Should be good at convincing & sales experience. 6. Handling Escalations. 7. Email drafting and presentation skills. Languages preferred-English is mandatory with minimum 2-4 South Indian Languages (Hindi,Kannada,Telugu,Tamil etc) Salary-3.5 to 5 LPA with incentives. Location- Bangalore / Ready to relocate to Bangalore.
