Customer Relationship Officer (No Sales) Location: Kaloor, Kochi Salary: 10,000 - 11,000 per month Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation (Candidates with back papers are also welcome to apply) Gender: Any gender Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Off: Rotational Week Off (Sunday fixed off) Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Kaloor, Kochi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and preferably Telugu or Hindi. This is a non-sales role focused on maintaining positive relationships with customers and addressing their inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to customers and resolve queries via calls and emails. Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information. Handle customer requests and escalate issues when necessary. Record and maintain customer interaction details. Required Skills: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Telugu/Hindi is a plus). Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach. Qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (with or without back papers). Open to any gender.
