Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Identifying potential customers and explaining chit fund schemes. Guiding new customers through the application and documentation process. Ensuring KYC compliance as per regulatory guidelines. lEducating customers about the rules, benefits, and risks of chit funds. 2. Customer Relationship Management Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers presently 500 Nos. Addressing customer queries, concerns, and grievances promptly. Ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company. Providing periodic updates on chit fund schemes and auctions. 3. Auction Process Coordination Informing members about upcoming auctions and bidding procedures of chits to be auctioned during the month. Addressing disputes or objections raised by members during the month. Ensuring timely collection of monthly contributions from the subscribers. Coordinating with the accounts team to maintain updated records. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensuring adherence to The Chit Funds Act, 1982, and other relevant laws. Maintaining proper records of customer agreements, transactions, and communications. Ensuring all customer interactions comply with legal and ethical standards. 6. Customer Retention & Engagement Implementing strategies to retain existing customers and encourage renewals and increase the lead through the existing customers. Organizing customer awareness programs or meetings. Gathering feedback to improve customer experience. Resolving disputes amicably to maintain trust. 7. Reporting & Coordination Preparing reports on customer feedback, collections, and auction performance. Collaborating with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities. Providing insights to management for improving services and operations. 8.
