Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our client relationships. This individual will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the design process, from initial consultation to project completion. The CRM will work closely with our design team to facilitate communication, address client needs, and enhance overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Qualification: Evaluate and filter incoming client inquiries to ensure alignment with our services. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize client consultations with design consultants. Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client calls and inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses. Project Support: Work with the design team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Data Management: Use CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records. Qualifications and Skills: 1-2 years of experience in client management or a similar role preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.
