Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Chandigarh, Industrial Area Phase 1 | Full-time We are hiring a proactive, patient, and highly efficient Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure top-notch client service and smooth coordination within the company. If you have a polite demeanor, excellent communication skills (English - written & spoken), and a rigorous follow-up ability, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Ensure all post-order client interactions are handled smoothly. Provide after-sales service, gather authentic feedback, and ensure client satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for client concerns, queries, and escalations. Collaborate with design, procurement, production, site in-charge, MD, and other departments to resolve issues. Maintain timely, organized, and professional communication with both clients and internal teams. What Were Looking For: Polite & professional communication with excellent English proficiency. Rigorous follow-up skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Proactive approach to client service, problem-solving, and issue resolution. Strong product/service knowledge to effectively assist clients. Availability on calls & responsiveness to client needs. Preferred: Resides within 30-45 minutes of the office.
