Job Description
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential and commercial HVAC clients. Customer Support Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for service requests, complaints, and post-service follow-ups. Service Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate with technicians and operations teams to schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance efficiently. Lead & Inquiry Management: Handle incoming customer inquiries, convert leads, and track follow-ups to ensure maximum conversion. Customer Retention Initiatives: Develop loyalty programs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and follow-up schedules to retain existing customers. Feedback Collection & Analysis: Gather customer feedback post-service, analyze satisfaction levels, and recommend service improvements. Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to align customer needs with HVAC solutions and proposals. Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on customer interactions, service quality, and retention rates for management review. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all communications and service records comply with industry and company standards.
