Job Description

Skills:- Negotiation, Presentation, Excellent Written & Verbal Communication, MS Office, working knowledge of CRM softwares, MS Excel, Google Sheets , excellent communication skills, Presentation skills,Candidates with technical Edu background or MBA will be preferred. 
Budget:- 3.6 LPA Max CTC
Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners will be preferred

Job Responsibilities :
 

  •  Generate revenue through subscription sales.
  •  Be the central point of contact for subscription activity and respond to all subscription enquiries.
  •  Collate and monitor subscriptions feedback from the customers.
  •  Interacting with the customers telephonically, through emails or visits.
  •  Sending timely Subscription Proposals to the customers.
  •  Educating the customer about the Value / benefits of the Subscription Services.
  •  Ensuring maximum possible conversion and retention rates e.g. by improving the customer journey.
  •  Ensuring timely delivery of the technical services to the customers.
  •  Ensuring quick resolution of the technical issues of the customers.
  •  Ensuing maximum customer satisfaction through quality services.
  •  Maintain accurate and detailed Subscription database to provide timely management information.  
  •  Build strong relationships with customers to expand new business opportunities.
