Job Description
- Candidate should be graduate from any stream.
- Should have Sales field job experience into Home loan/LAP-Loan against property /Mortgage from NBFC /Banking industry
Responsibilities:
- Proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling insurance and other products as per the requirement
- Primary role is to travel within the city to promote,sell and build a customer relation based on the housing loans.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure channel empowerment and develop relationships with new contractors and builders.
- Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCHFL brand.
- Achieve the targets on a daily basis and report it to the supervisor.
