Job Description

  • Candidate should be graduate from any stream.
  • Should have Sales field job experience into Home loan/LAP-Loan against property /Mortgage from NBFC /Banking industry

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling insurance and other products as per the requirement
  • Primary role is to travel within the city to promote,sell and build a customer relation based on the housing loans.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure channel empowerment and develop relationships with new contractors and builders.
  • Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCHFL brand.
  • Achieve the targets on a daily basis and report it to the supervisor.
