You are being offered the opportunity to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in Malappuram. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction, developing relationships, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, assisting in resolving customer complaints and feedback, keeping customer records updated, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams. To be eligible for this position, you should have a Graduation or Diploma in any field, be below 28 years of age, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and preferably have prior customer service experience. Female candidates are preferred for this role, and additional benefits such as food and accommodation will be provided.
