Job Description
The Customer Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships through effective follow-up strategies. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who excels in communication, relationship-building, and sales tactics. The primary responsibilities include managing follow-up activities with existing clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities : Customer Follow-up : - Regularly follow up with existing customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and nurture the client relationship. - Utilize various communication channels (phone calls, emails, and potentially social media) to stay engaged with clients and provide updates on new products or services. Relationship Building : - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and aligning company offerings with their needs. - Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire sales process. - Provide detailed product or service information to potential clients and address their questions or concerns. - Analyze the client's requirements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Sales Support : - Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in products or services. - Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and documentation for effective client communication. - initiate communication with the operations and support teams regarding customer queries and issues, ensuring timely responses." Customer Satisfaction : - Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and direct communication. Qualifications - Minimum of 1-year sales experience; B2B Enterprise Sales exposure is advantageous. (Female candidates are preferred). - Graduation is a must; an MBA is a plus. - Team-oriented individual with robust interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in English, Malayalam - Effective presentation and selling skills are essential. - Strong people skills are a prerequisite. - Solution selling, particularly in cross-selling products within large enterprises, is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. - Demonstrated experience in sales or related customer service roles. - Strong organizational and time management capabilities. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. - Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
