Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information. Analyze customer behavior and data to identify trends and improvement areas. Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and customer engagement. Handle customer queries and feedback to ensure timely resolution.
