Job Description

Location:- Nehru Place, Delhi (WFO)
Salary- 1.5 LPA to 2.4 LPA
Years of Experience:- 1 to 2 Years
Notice period:- Immedidate to 15 Days
Interview Process:- Face to face only
Shift timings- 9:30am-6:30pm, 5 days working
Gender preference- need Female candidates only. 

Responsibilities:-
- Manage large amounts of incoming & outgoing phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements and skills:-
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Diploma/Any Degree
- English and Hindi fluency mandatory
