Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Malappuram. The Customer Relations Manager will manage and improve customer interactions, address customer queries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service processes, implementing customer feedback mechanisms, coordinating with sales and service teams, and maintaining customer databases. Additionally, the role involves resolving conflicts, and ensuring an overall positive experience for the customers.
