Job Description
VOC Automotive India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a passion for helping us grow our franchise network. This role involves making outbound calls, conducting customer presentations (video and in-person), and supporting dealer development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Make 100 outbound calls daily to potential customers and leads. Build and maintain a minimum of 5 qualified prospects per day. Conduct online video presentations and Face-to-Face meetings . Follow up with prospects and assist them through the sales and onboarding process. Support dealer network development by helping identify and onboard new franchise partners. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software. Provide excellent post-sales customer service and relationship management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
