Job Description
- Make outbound sales calls to domestic/international customers based on campaign requirements
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet individual and team quotas
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales through CRM systems
- Handle objections effectively and turn rejections into opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance performance
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Telecaller, or similar sales/customer service role (BPO experience preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is a plus
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
