Job Description

  • Make outbound sales calls to domestic/international customers based on campaign requirements
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet individual and team quotas
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales through CRM systems
  • Handle objections effectively and turn rejections into opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance performance



Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Telecaller, or similar sales/customer service role (BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is a plus
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
